John - Problems logging in to my account - correct password and memorable information, then no passcode or insufficient time to key in or say that code. Very frustrating and account blocked when verification failed 3 times. Complaint logged with BoS customer services and they hhave to now send a code by MAIL taking 7 days.... £30 compensation paid but f course I can't log in to my account.. SMS codes can be sent by other companies including TESCO.com. If no snappy resolution may result in me transferring the account elsewhere. -
