C North - I have been unable to transfer funds out of my account over he past two days within my daily limit. I have also asked time and again over the past 48+ hours for them to up my daily limits. They told me I need to set up biometrics on the app - did that months ago successfully. Told them did so months ago. They apologised several hours later with further instructions which DO NOT work! Increasinglt this bank is a shower with all the cut backs and streamlining. Whilst fat cats are comfortable, branches and food soldiers have been and continue to be slashed! As for Customer Service, apart from the entirely inept AI Cora, which is useless, there is no satisfactory Customer Service! -
