    Charlotte Rossiter - Hi - for several days i have not been able to log into the dvla test change site. It reports error 15, whether i do it on my phone or on my pc. Nothing has changed - my details/VPN/browser all remain the same - never had an issue at all until last week?? I do not access too regularly - just once or twice a week. Absolute desperate to get a sooner driving test!!!
