    I need to top up my scottish power account and increase my monthly debit but try as i might i cannot gain access to ANY SCOTTISH POWER website on my computer. I have experienced this several times in the past years and after many frustrating and worrying hours the website suddenly works. It is absolutely not my network settings.

    Michael Harrap ( her son) - This is on behalf of my mother Mrs Betty Harrap of 3 Weston Lane Funtington PO18 9LT Her number is 01243 575744 Her internet service has been repeatly interrupted during the last 3 weeks, often for extensive periods. The problem has been reported on numerous occasions but she is repeatedly fobbed off with excuses. A visit was promised yesterday but no one turned up. She is 104 and usually told that she has 'priority service'! Please will you explain honestly what the problem is and do something about it . Urgently. I hold a Lasting Power of Attorney for her. Please let us know how we claim compensation for lack of service.
