Unable to access digital card as the app will not load. I have iPhone & my wife has Samsung phone & neither apps will work. They open but just hang on a blue coop screen (screen shot attached) & doesn’t open, been like this for some weeks now. Apps have been updated & phone software too but no change - very inconvenient, will there be a fix please? Tried uninstalling & reinstalling on both phones but still doesn’t work -

Spent 9th and 8th searching for products for my online order. No items displayed just saying “36 items found” for example. After I finally managed to place my order, on 9th Dec tried to amend and add, etc. But when I tried to update/checkout message said they ‘could not access my bank card’ and try again. Did this all day to no avail. -

Lorraine Usher - I was unable to send money to my daughter in the USA via Eurochange as I have always done. Eurochange don't do it anymore and Western Union could not send to her bank. This used to be a fantastic place I always used, now totally useless. what a shame for things go backwards. -

Fiona - Trying to file a claim for a small pot lump sum. Can't get to the end of the form as the Captcha is not loading. This has been going on for weeks. Tried to phone Aegon, and even though I had a good signal strength, they claimed not to be able to hear me. I could hear them (crystal clear) all the way from Scotland! I've never had so many issues with a company website before. It takes you in circles; the layout is awful; and it's stressful to use. Ayone else had these problems? -

Roy Shropshire - Stiil waiting for my new 4g phone to operate since tesco mobile service transfered my old sim/ Tesco 3g phone old No to my new sim/Tesco 4g phone. It's been at least 48 hrs and having to accept emergency calls only. Clearly, this is unacceptable. -
