H - Does anyone know who actually provides the webmail.shellenergy email service? Shell energy say it's not them, talktalk and utility warehouse both say the same even though the broadband acquisition went to each of them and today (14th Jule)there is to link to access it. I just don't know where to go or who to ask. -

Denis Skelton - Problems with app. After two calls lasting nearly an hour and 20 minutes ‘help’ on phone told to delete app and reload which tried. Cannot now download app, it is frozen. I urgently need access to use my newly purchased senior citizen pass. Very unsatisfied customer £80 out of pocket. I would like a reply quickly but don’t have much confidence. -
