    M. Delahay - Although there are no apparent reported problems with your site, I have been trying to open an Argos account and make a purchase for 'click & collect' only to be told 'Something went wrong, please try again later'. I take it that therefore the promo stuff is purely advertising and not actually meant for purchase - poor show from an old high street entity that would appear to have problems with the digital era!

A visitor from Royal Leamington Spa, United Kingdom commented about National Lottery outage - 1 days ago:

A-K Fraser - I was trying to play online for today, Saturday 29 August 2026, fot over 2 hours. Lotto kept saying I had insufficient funds to play the lines I wanted, while I had more than sufficient. The telephone customer service was no help at all. The adviser was pleasant but had no powers to sort out the problem with my online account. He said to email the national lottery help centre. I managed to send one email, but have not had any reply which addresses my problem, just an acknowledgement of my email, and that they are experiencing a higher than usual volume of emails. A second email with additional information and screenshots could not be sent. I do not kmow if this is a problem with the Lotto help centre email system, or gmail, or both. The customer service adviser said they cannot fix problems or send a person on to a tech team, to get it fixed. He also said there is no direct complaint procedure - only indirectly via the help centre/ email. So all in all, the Lotto customer service is not much help at all and not fit for purpose.
