Roger Brown - Support line down insisting I login and raise a tciket. Can't login to renew email plan. Cannot email as no direct email without login. Happens every year when I renew.Always have to change passwords then LCN does not recognize the new password. This gets worse every year - always have to spend ages with tech support who suually reset the account at their end before it works again. Now can't even contact tech support. For a tech Co the UI and contact is awful. Great service if and when you can get through. Why is this so difficult? Just publish your contact email address PLEASE! -
