The week before was the last outage.
Finding a new bank as soon as I can gain access to close my account and I suggest everyone does the same. Mass exodus is the only language these inept corporations understand

On the 21st of September and kept getting Msil notifications on the Mobile app.
The first time was in the morning and it listed 38 Mail messages but on opening the app I found nothing new in my Inbox.
This happened several times during the day and, each time there were no Messages in my inbox.
I was concerned as I’d received three spam messages and three obvious spoof phone call that morning too, two from Glasgow and one from Aberdeen.
My problem is that I am deaf and can’t use phones well so phoning you was not an option so I was very stressed and concerned, especially after I had a problem trying to access my account on my old laptop yesterday.

As my phone app seemed OK, and still is fine, I decided not to try to contact you at all yesterday.
I will resolve this when I get a new laptop.
