9 days I have consistently been trying to order on matalan for a few months Feb/March 2026 to present and only 1 out of ten separate occasions did I manage to add size, gender, and actually scroll and get to page 2 but I only managed to save items and that was on refreshing every couple of minutes, until I gave up. Now I click on one size and then app freezes/website freezes and eventually get an error message. I can refresh but only that one time did it allow me to select other sizes.
