I cannot see any Open Reach work schedules listed for this area but have now booked an engineer visit. This intermittent loss of service has been going on for a few weeks.       30 days I'm trying to book a flight from Rome to Belfast changing at Heathrow. All day i have tried and so far no luck. Everytime I have book with BA the same thing has happened. This time I have no alternative but to book with them. It's hardly great. The last time we flew to catch a cruise they managed to lose both of my suitcases and we were not updated on where they were until our £90 private transfer had left without us. They decided to put it on the next plane to we had to wait 3 hours. Then pay for a Taxi. No compensation when asked either. Customers are far from a priority for them. To make a bad start to the holiday when we returned to Belfast they managed to lose my case and had destroyed the one that did arrive. 24 hours later the missing one was delivered to my house. I have to say if there was an alternative in Belfast for some flights it would not be BA i choose. They replaced the case with one of equal size but not the same quality.
