      8 days I have had problems over the past couple of weeks with slow download of emails. I have been patient as they advised that they are migrating to another provider and there may be teething issues. However as from yesterday it has not downloaded any of my previous emails. Rang support and although polite and helpful said id be better opening up a gmail or hotmail account. Was led to believe, to start with that I had lost all previous emais, maybe my wrong interpretation of what he said, but then at end of conversation was told no not lost but may take some time to get back. Very unsatisfactory. Was told I didnt pay for email service and that not enough money had been invested and that was the reason for migrating into plusnet webmail. Not happy.
