Local Post Office Counters unable to process in Glenrothes, Fife. Have had to travel to Dundee by bus to go to a PO Counter whose Payzone unit not yet updated. This has been a completely wasted day for me trying to resolve an issue that could still continue next week as additional POs get updates. Seriously unimpressed.
