Said it should be working again within 48 hours, no compensation until the 48 hour mark and only kicks in from anything above 48 hours. Awful service, no updates at all today either. Router is just flashing orange.

Tried restarting and turning off and on etc. I’ve now gone into the office as wouldn’t work. First time this has happened however not impressed that you’ve hiked your prices up again, not sure nearly £50 a month for WiFi is acceptable?

Its been off and on for the last 2 weeks. sometimes OK for a day or 2 then off for a day or more, then comes back for a few hours and off again. Calls to plusnet say its a fault with openreach (seeing as openreach and plusnet areone and the same its their problem, but they like to pass the buck). Useless company, will be changing to another company on full fibre once current contract expires in a couple of months.
