Halifax app & browser allowed to transfer funds from current account to savings account but funds show as N/A to also be unable to transfer elsewhere. App show a message saying "some account information is currently unavailable. Halifax online lists all services as running normal with no current issues when there currently is currently an ongoing issue.

I logged on to online banking. Filled in detailed. A page came up asking for a security pin sent to my mobile. I put it in and it was rejected as incorrect. I repeated the procedure with a fresh number sent to me. It was again rejected as incorrect. The page then asked me to change my personal details, password and so on. I logged off. I think it is a hack. Please advise

Yesterday I wasnt able to view my Current account statement via online banking (mobile banking was fine). Still an issue today, so contacted Halifax on their Facebook messenger and they werent aware of any problems and told me to try using a different browser. This did work, but not ideal. But it may help some others get through this issue until whatever the problem is fixed.
