Winchester, United Kingdom • 1 month agoI type in my username and the last 3 digits of my mobile. Then Sainsbury's sends a passcode to my mobile. However no box to put it in appears on any browser I have tried. Instead I am informed: "Your session has expired for security reasons, so we’ve logged you out." I have cleared my browser, restarted my computer tried multiple devices and even phoned them. All I got after 3 minutes on the line listening to their automated call system :"Please use our online banking system for managing your account. If you would like to hear these options again..." I have reset my password, checked my username and nothing. Its been 3 days now. 11/11/2023. I do not want to use their app on my phone.

They have bio idea when this will be resolved. Only affecting online purchases.

Denia, Spain • 3 months agoNo phone service. Calls do not connect to an advisor. Have been trying to speak to someone for two days as they have blocked my account for "security" reasons. Sent them original documentation as proof of my address change so they could send me Security number to re set my account. Three and a half weeks later, no letter from them and unable to speak to them on either of their phone numbers. Disgraceful!

App says untrusted network and won’t open

On Friday 21/07/23 l only found this out when l tried to use the automated payment system when a record message said there was a problem. I always pay my balance in full not to incur interest charges. A phone operative came on the line to inform me l couldn't make a payment because the card had been cancelled due to a security issue., and a new card would be issued and this could take upto 7 to 10 days . I was given no warning to say l am annoyed is a under statement. I use my card every day , l hope you will reimburse me for the Nectar points l am missing out on .

Online it says auth.sainsburysbank.co.uk refused to connect. By phone when I select the right option it cannot understand that I want to pay my bill using a debit card.
