Nearly three months later the Iceland website is still ‘broken’ and Iceland as a company will not hold themselves accountable for this absolute disaster. The website needs to be taken down completely if they aren’t going to continue to honor online orders for customers.

Since AT LEAST 21 June 2024, it has been a non-functioning website. Nobody I know can use it and this is on different devices, browsers, IP addresses etc.

I am beginning to get the suspicion that their website has possibly been hijacked and the company won’t admit to any problem. They will not respond to repeated queries, always with some half and whole promise of “we will get back to you”. I am sure many people agree that it is VERY worrying as I am sure thousands of people have given Iceland their card details over the years.

I am actually surprised that this hasn’t yet come up in mainstream news, considering how long this has been a problem and how widespread it is. If it were a supermarket like Tesco or ASDA, this would be all over the place in uproar that they can’t order a home delivery.

I have given up trying now, because it isn’t worth it. If Iceland doesn’t want my money or won’t put in an effort to fix an awful problem with their site, do we as customers really want to hand over our hard earned money to them?

I still see the same issues and nothing has been done, they must be losing alot of customers. I have been back and forth for almost two months now and they do not listen they seem to think its just you that has the issue, I have sent them the url for this site to show otherwise even sent screen shots makes no difference in their eyes their site is working fine with no issues and its "our" fault we cannot log in etc. I gave up so in furiating i told them not so politely to do one I have had enough. A family member now goes to Farmfoods and we spolit the taxi money coming home but we still save money and I think personally they have better deals.

We have tried logging in, succeeded ONCE but we couldnt book a delivery so even gettting logged in was pretty pointless, tried almost on a daily basis....3 weeks on and we experiencing the same issues. We have made countless complaints even to their CEO pointless nothing is going to be done, according them there is nothing wrong with their website or app! and its my laptop and phone that is at fault....REALLY??? whos kidding who here!! Anyway cut a long story short they closed our account today. Probably done us a favour we dont have to worry about this BS anymore. If any of you have a Farmfoods go there no they dont deliver but at least you get your frozen food shopping and ya never might save some money.
