As with other friends in my area with ‘toob’ I have also been having problems for the last few days, extremely variable speeds at times i,e. 67- 350Mbps. Certainly having more issues than with that of my old provider (Sky) yes it’s a cheaper service, but what use is that if it’s unreliable?

I've had toob for over 2 months and I have to say it's caused more trouble than anything. Poor signal and slow on WiFi, sky ran better on slower speeds

, • 9 months agoWe can’t connect to the internet. All green lights on router but the main toob box attached to the wall is green, red then green. Have no idea why middle light is red. Have switch the box off at the wall and switched back on and the middle light remains red
