Maidenhead, United Kingdom • 9 months agoDown again in Glasgow 0141724 area (G73 postcode), this zen service which was already reported as being faulty weeks ago is turning into a joke now, I would be better off taking a higher speed service, WITH UNLIMITED landline or mobile phonecalls that zen doesnt even do, but zen is much more expensive, so makes sense to take a chance with a faster better deal provider and if they have faults fair enough, Zen never ever used to have faults before BUT THEY DO ALL THE TIME NOW, Service rubbish these days. 1.55am 26th Feb 2025

London, United Kingdom • 9 months agoCurrently reporting very poor broadband, massive delays on the network. I have been monitoring my connection and long ping times sometimes >50 percent packet loss once it leaves my local network and onto the zen network.
Have spoken to customer service/technical support and they say the line is fine... but they will report my issues to the NOC, had to push that I have 30yrs networking experience and work for a major institution.
Their line may be up but the performance over it is so bad at points that it may as well be dead... and I am on a business line.

Rochdale, United Kingdom • 10 months agoGwen P - Cardiff I have experienced problems since beginning of February- internet signal dropped, so I was unable to download software for Tom Tom, signal has dropped down daily on a regular basis - mentioned to call handlers about the issue but nothing mentioned about problems being experienced - disappointed that nothing was said about their issues with their internet provision! Made me feel I was the problem! Promised a fast internet connection, but it has varied with no sign of any consistency! Feel concerned as I joined the company and have started an eighteen month contract!
Please Zen sort out the issues and provide myself and fellow customers with the service as you promised!!
