Totally disgraceful service from 3 network. Today (08/04/2024) service has been down since 8am (now 12.10) and counting. Will it be down for the day? Two days? Three? Or more? This is merely one outage of more than a half dozen in the past year. No updates, no apologies, and no compensation …. Just a call centre in India where they really don’t give a damn. It’s time. The UK government stepped in and penalised them, massively!! Fed up to the back teeth of this shoddy and inefficient service whose problems just go on and on and on and on and……..

Connection is regularly on 1 bar, 2 bars if I'm lukcy. Mobile internet is at a snail's pace, it takes up to 40 seconds for a basic webpage to load etc. I am on an unlimited data contract and I get the feeling 3 are throttling our connection or cheaping out on us in some way, will be contacting Ofcom about this.
