Salisbury, United Kingdom • 1 month agoI try to log in using the app and it tells me that my app is unable to load for me, it goes on to say it could be a Wi-Fi issue or something similar and even says it could be down to parental locks or something (which is impossible as I've used this app for years) and it basically says to check my connections, update my settings and try again and if it doesn't work I can always check lottery results online using the website.

I have never left the UK in ten years and have played the lottery on line every week. I have sent the lottery boffins my ISP, and today I received a message to say I'd won a Euromillions prize last night. But I can't get on the site to find out if I'm a millionaire!
