We are on our second lot of emergency medication from our medical centre and 111 on Saturday, which involved four separate taxi trips to separate chemists as the first one did to have all my husband's medication.
Despite explaining the urgency of the matter, I am still awaiting a call back to confirm when the medication is being posted.
My husband has me helping with phone calls, but we are both severely disabled, and the situation has caused a great deal of stress and anxiety. No one, especially the elderly, should have to put up with such shoddy service.
