I have been waiting for a OpenReach engineer for over a week now. I have had a continual poor service for well over two months now which is a breach of contract. Under the OfCom 2022 Voluntary Code of Practice I would expect your agreement to me leaving my contract or a great reduction in your £50pm for my extremely poor TV/WiFi service

These last for minutes at a time and occur from early morning to late at night, This disrupts downloads and causes inconvenience, wasted time, and in the case of software updates, corrupted drives. This is not acceptable. Please explain what is happening and what you are doing about it.

Our internet is down from yesterday 3pm and no intimation from Talk Talk that there is a issue from their end. We both are working and it's very difficult without internet. At least talk talk customer care should email us regarding the problem.
