Our cloud line 01373302422 is still down, when the number is called we get a message “ Unallocated Number ‘ it’s been this way since last Thursday afternoon. We were told it was a network issue however here there is no reference to any such problems?

Our phone line is down, internet is working ok. XLN call centre is not contactable, We are loosing business and as usual XLN would not compensate for the lost business and venue. We regret to have them as our service provider and considering seriously to move onto a different service provider.
