tried 4 or 5 browsers over 4 operating systems on my desk top and laptop and mobile and a tablet... and cleared my browsers with cc cleaner.. all unable to make a new order. an old order is editable, but the screen has to be refreshed if you add or delete an item. some browsers only show the first 30 to 40 items, with the rest greyed out.

I knew they had a similar problem a few years back, so hopefully they can fix it.

While waiting for morrisons too get there act together, with the checkout error, I opened an account with Ocado, happy days. I did find that it was a tad more expensive, but I'm worth it, on the upside it worked seamlessly. Bye bye, there's no reason's too shop at morrisons. It is a real shame 'cause I've been using morrisons for over twenty-five years, but they did it too themselves. Hang on...is that the door bell....looks like my Ocado is here, cheers.

We are moving from Yorkshire to Somerset in 2 weeks time and I wanted to set up our new address in my online store account. It would not let me and i had to phone customer services. A woman set it up manually and told me there are 2 different online shopping websites. If you live in an area where your shopping is delivered directly from a warehouse it uses one site and if it comes from a store it uses a different site. I paid £70 for the annual "any Time" delivery pass - but when trying to book a delivery slot I am no longer able to (just keeps saying there is a problem). I telephoned Morrisons customer services which is now handled by a call centre in Durban, South Africa. I spoke to 3 different people each one listening to my problem and then saying we need to read your account notes - then the music would start and they never returned to the call and another person answered as if I was a new call - it happened 3 times by which time I was frustrated and it was clear they could not care less. MORRISON's you are a BIG DISGRACE and I want my £70 returned as I am no longer able to shop online with you and see no way of getting my money back. We currently have 1 to 2 deliveries a week from you (in West Yorkshire) - but whatever your customer service person did manually to my account has stopped me accessing the site completely. Once we move to Somerset we will use a different supermarket for our online deliveries - which is a shame as we enjoy the Morrison's range which you can not get in other supermarkets. I did manage to speak to someone in West Yorkshire and they told me about the changes Morrisons are making to their online shopping service and I was told you can't even phone a store directly anymore. Morrisons have made it impossible to speak to a person in the UK - and the call centre in South Africa - could not care less and clearly have no idea what they are doing.
