For over 4 hours now, I've been unable to search for anything on the Sainsbury's website. I have been locked out of my online account. Was asked to create new password did so but it kept asking me to repeat the steps. I made changes to the password for that reason believing something was wrong with my password. I tried log into my account using a different device but still experiencing the same issue it keep asking me to repeat my password. Please unlock my account been having getting online since last month after looking through tu online. I was not aware I should have been using one password for all companies involved with Sainsbury’s.

This is ridiculous! I have been trying to get my groceries done for over a week! Advertising comes up but unable to log in or navigate past the rubbish to get to the meat, rendering it UNfit for purpose! I've done everything that they suggest on 2 different devises, with the same result, and Google now thinks that I'm up to some funny business because I've wiped out both caches! You also can't contact anyone, and no-one seems to be monitoring the content even though this site confirms that their server is up and running! I'm disabled and rely heavily on having my groceries delivered. This is causing me much inconvenience and frustration and they are seemingly ignorant!

I have made several phone calls to help centres - even to South Africa! - and no one was of any help. What has happened to a long established British company? Have they decided to put profits before decent personal customer service? I shall be going else where in future. Sainsburys is not the only online groceries delivery company in town.

Trying to order our usual grocery delivery. Grocery lists are all over the place. Keeps knocking our delivery goods below 50 pound when we have ordered more. Taking goods off , just after we have ordered them.
