For some days now have been trying to place an order with Sainsburys. I have been an online customer for some years without any problem, however this past week I have repeatedly been unable to book a delivery slot. The screen just goes blank. I have made several phone calls to help centres - even to South Africa! - and no one was of any help. What has happened to a long established British company? Have they decided to put profits before decent personal customer service? I shall be going else where in future. Sainsburys is not the only online groceries delivery company in town.

I can't book a delivery slot. When I try to check out the website tells me that my delivery slot (booked minutes earlier) has expired. When I try to book another slot, all slots at all times and on all days are showing as unavailable. If I log out and back in, the same thing happens.

I ordered Party Food which I paid for in June 2023 for 2nd September 2023. I rang to check my order was ok 4 days ago and they said all ok. I had an email on 30th august 2023 confirming my order but then on 1st september 2023 they informed me they could not do my order which came to £112.So disappointed in Sainsburys.
