Cannot track at all on any browser. The tracking page just requests constant verification and when the initial verification is complete and you click on 'track your delivery', it requests the verification again without providing any tracking information.

Also posted a parcel £12.15 Special Delivery next day by 1pm which it is now 15.25 pm and the tracking has stopped still at my local depot. What is going on. I purposely sent the parcel with this service as it is expensive so this was a guarantee it would arrive.

RM must be one of the largest major service provider in the UK and yet they seem to employ monkeys to operate their IT system when they should be employing the best of the best to keep this behemoth going.

At the Post Office, I was told that the QR codes are invalid. I tried again this afternoon. Same problem. This time, the surly counter assistant told me to try again in a couple of days! This is no-one's fault, but very inconvenient, nonetheless, when one wishes to use the service.

They charge you extra for the service, which is fair enough, but then more often than not their system isn't working and you cannot track and trace anything. I paid for next day as I needed the item to arrive today for an occasion tomorrow....well Royal 'Fail' didn't surprise me! Item not arrived so whole purpose of the gift is now out the window. Thanks royal mail, time to stand aside and let the reliable courier companies take over.
