Yet again the same ongoing problem with virgin no tv! Its only going into week 4. Well thats it enough is enough im leaving. I was told it would 100% be fixed by 20th, oh lets see its the 21st october and iv had not virgin tv package since the 27th september!!! Honestly getting really fed up with virgin.....WiFi has been playing up for months...iv reported several times to be told there are no issues and will send an engineer out ....then I receive a text saying issue is being fixed ???? and engineer has been cancelled. And so it continues...wifi on and off ...please get this sorted Virgin, iv been a virgin customer for years....its a joke only new customers get all the discounts while us virgin customers get a shoddy service.

We contacted several times virgin media for losing internet connection and no wifi. After more than 3hours on the phone including time before to be able to speak to someone we got connection back. Then at around 1 am the hub rebooted itself therefore list connection. Knew it because my three security camera lost connection. Then once the hub rebooted itself without me found it connection was back but still one camera off line. It has been like this on and off few month but yesterday and today has been the worse. I should get a refund because not only I don’t get a good connectivity and lost two days of work not being able to connect not to mention having to wait to be able to speak to a human to get technical support. The person who helped us to reboot the hub should have called us back to check if things were running smoothly didn’t call back like this other person I spoke at work who promised to call me back yesterday at 7:00 pm when I was back home. Now looking for a new broadband provider if I can chang if my contract is expribg soon.z So far my neighbours and colleagues I spoke to want or did quit virgin media because of similar problems

Can send and receive via Web site;
Can receive (incoming) email on my application (so their POP server is working!);
CANNOT send from my application - it tries, but responds with a timeout (so their SMTP server is knackered).

Their support team increasingly unprofessional; one guy there even asked me to disclose my password today.

Yet again email service is down. VM try to deny a general problem but my friends with VM have the same issue. It's been up and down like a yoyo for two weeks despite 6 hour outage for "essential maintenance". Clearly they have a major problem they are not talking about. Hacked maybe?

Problems getting emails since 5th May. vM say there is an Outage with their client mail application. Still not fixed as at 12th May. Have spent hours on phone before finally finding out the problem is with them!
