I attempted to order a pair of shoes today. I submitted my order and received confirmation from my credit card company that the payment processed, but I received no confirmation number on the website or via email. I contacted customer service, who was constantly distracted during the call. The rep advised my report would be escalated and a refund would be submitted. The rep advised I would recieve two emails following the call. One regarding the call and the second for a survey about the call. I have not received either email.

I attempted to order the shoes again later this evening. I received a confirmation number this time on the website, but no confirmation email. I received confirmation again from my credit card company that the payment processed.

Some kind of notification should be published by Clark’s either on their website or on their social media to address these concerns. Other comments indicate issues over the last week.
