I have managed to order my groceries after a struggle site keeps dropping out after 4 mins so have ordered for 17th delivery and have had to get the rest on the 18th costing me 6 pounds instead of 3 pound.. I am 81 yrs so rely on this service.

eg, I have today lost my 23.12 delivery slot which I queued at 6am to get when they became available weeks ago. When I went to book another slot for 10.1.24 (I did NOT have my 23.12 order open at the time), it CHANGED my 23.12 slot to 10.1.24 ☹️. I am furious about it!!

Once again I cannot get past the Home Page!!! Anything with a tesco.com in the address just does not work. All other websites are OK - just not Tesco's - and their "web support" staff dont believe that there is a problem. As far as they are concerned it must be "me", or my Internet provider, or my computer, or anything else that you can possibly think off, but just not Tesco. It is never going to get fixed if Tesco dont accept that there is a basic problem with tesco.com

Having the same problem as Abigail. I can get to tesco.com but no further, except to the two places that Abigail mentions. I can get to any other website. I have tried a different browser, deleting cookies and history, clearing the dns cache, resetting winsock, etc etc. Nothing works. The problem rather obviously resides in the tesco.com configuration but the tesco "web staff" wont accept that because not everyone has this problem at present. This happened last week as well and then "fixed itself". Apparently tesco "had a problem" last week but did not admit it at the time. I suspect the same [or similar] problem - but it wont get fixed until tesco accept that they have a problem with tesco.com. Best to shop elsewhere!

I have not been able to book a delivery slot for 9 days due to an error page (500) showing. Have tried 3 browsers, 2 internets, 2 computers and a tablet with an app. Several phone calls to your helpline have not resulted in any resolution. Please help.
