i’m paying m&s bank money to pay off my credit card and they are sending it straight back into my bank account.
have contacted both banks and both deny any issue.
i can make payments to any other of my contacts but i’m unable to pay anything to my credit card as it keeps being paid straight back into my current account.
Statement on current account states the money paid back by m&s bank whichever amount i try to send to them!
