Bristol, United Kingdom • 11 months agoStill not able to access, even the public OU site. First encountered timeout issue 31st Jan. All day 5/2 now 6/2 too. I'm on Windows 11, Edge browser and BT broadband (not Plusnet). BUT tried to access via mobile network data too and had same issues. All other sites/sign-ins appear to be ok for me - just this OU site.
Just handed in my TMA via email attachment to etma@open.ac.uk.
"In the subject field you must put your Personal Identifier, your module code, and TMA number, all separated by a slash e.g. P1234567/B999/01"

Are we all using Plusnet? Live chat has just tried to blame it on my router as 5 plusnet users have reported the same issue. Laughable but really not funny my three days off have been completly wasted. Em TMA due in 3 weeks no more time off!! Fuming
