'Sorry, we're having technical problems at the moment

Trying to get in to account to check meter readings as have been unable to read electricity smart meter for several weeks - message on read panel is 'withdrawal' no numbers and pressing button makes no difference. Phone agent insisted account was 'in order', not to worry as meter was connected
but had no answer as to why I cannot get reading.
Am totally fed up with BG on line since their so called 'improved' system and website.

Funny how British gas are doing upgrades to their systems just before the new gas prices up. Just like the last time prices went up.
