Royal Tunbridge Wells, United Kingdom • 13 days agoI am unable to open my Email accounts from both a win10 laptop and a Win11 laptop. Both were working perfectly until 4th Jan 26. Advised to change P/W in my account - did this - and after a day or so, my login account P/W was OK BUT - no talk talk Mail. Cannot access and despite 5 hours on telephone calls to Talk Talk service - no success!!! This is rediculous.

I have changed passwords but they've not been accepted and I now have no idea what password it wants. Been trying to contact Talktalk but that crashes as well and no luck ringing. Other sites were affected but I managed to reset them, not happy with the situation, seems like i'm not alone. I have 2 laptops and the problem is on both, not down to me as suggested.

"An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request. (OX-9999)"
No problem with my DNS or connection. Error still occurs when using mobile data.
