Unable to access digital card as the app will not load. I have iPhone & my wife has Samsung phone & neither apps will work. They open but just hang on a blue coop screen (screen shot attached) & doesn’t open, been like this for some weeks now. Apps have been updated & phone software too but no change - very inconvenient, will there be a fix please? Tried uninstalling & reinstalling on both phones but still doesn’t work
