tried to order online, did not arrive in time slot requested, tried to reorder several times but never received email or phone call/text giving me a update,
after waiting all day up to 17:00
i decided to cancel the order!
coop online website was still showing
the order as due to be delivered at the first original time slot which was 12- 13:00? i have still not received confirmation of cancellation or acknowledgement of any kind?
also when using the co-op app after login in and then selecting "shop"
you are directed to co-op online website
where you are required to login again, what is the point/need to use the app?
won't be online shopping with co-op again !

Unable to access digital card as the app will not load. I have iPhone & my wife has Samsung phone & neither apps will work.
