Spent 5 hours trying to speak to a human at BT. Finally got a number that worked for an advisor on my mobile. She said there was a MOS (major service outage) on some lines in the Raynes Park/Wimbledon area (London SW20/SW19) that would be fixed by Thursday 29 Feb. BUT on one BT site the date given was 7 March!!! Compensation will be due to us I think.

Might have damaged bts line feed. Might as well drop bt and go with virgin at this rate. Impossible to use computer, etc. Been a bt customer all my life, with few issues and now its awful.

Both external and internal ones have said conflicting explanations. But none have actually fixed the problem. What is going on?

Kenn, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland • 8 months agoWe have been without landline in Hutton Weston since 27th July Bt have been little help at keeping us informed and keep fobbing us off saying it will be back within 48 hours .we rely on our landline , only using our Ancient PAYG mobiles for emergencies at
40p a minute , we have a very low opinion of BT
