The page either sticks or I am taken back to the login page. Have tried three different browsers. It was the same a couple of days ago.

Will now lose my deposit and new booking will be at of course more money. Absolute nonsense. They need to sort their website out and stop diverting calls to the website.

Their service generally is terrible and getting worse. I'm unable to book flights, they must be losing hundreds of thousands of pounds due to outdated systems.

When trying on the app, I am being told that the app has a bug and I should clear the cache or that the app is outdated and I should update it. But then I am sent round in circles between these messages.

We'd chosen the flight and hotel, and almost got to the payment page when the site crashed, and it has been crashing ever since: couldn't login; then could login but couldn't see search results... Very frustrating!

Frankfurt am Main, Germany • 8 months agoI booked a flight for almost 6000€ when I try to pay with my credit card , the website said the sits were sold while I was trying to pay, but my credit card approved the payment.
BA website asked me to select a different flight which I did and the same happened again few times and now my credit card is blocked!!! It seems although they did not confirm ANY booking, they took the money from my credit card anyways!!!

My partner has tried too, on separate phones and computers. Nothing else wrong with the internet at home.
