I have had problems logging into Metro Bank Online Banking for all of February 2024. Ring HO three times and visited Kingston branch, and now finally advised today 28/02 that they have an IT issue which is stopping some customers accessing online banking. Everytime l log in, l get an error message advising there is a problem and to try later. It has not been sorted all February 2024. Just told it maybe sorted by 04/03. Not good. Not impressed with Metro Bank IT department if it takes a month to sort out the issues.

There is a persistent fault in the Metro app with the international transfer facility.

I have successfully added the recipient organisation but when asked to confirm the amount I want to send, I get a message stating it is not possible to set up a standing order. I am clearly not trying to set up a standing order, I just want to transfer funds to pay for a service. This has been the same situation for weeks now, why can't it be sorted..? It's extremely inconvenient. Branch say they cannot help....

Cannot apply for a new easy access savings account because the selfie doesn't work no option to find a picture already taken (although could choose between camera and search for a stored picture when processing driving license or passport photos) with the selfie forced to take picture. Doesn't upload.
