After inputting account details, you have to repeat the process, then when transfered to Agent the Agent get no Audio. Called the number twice, and had the same issue.

My husband's phone has a message stating that it is temporarily unavailable. Please try later but it has been like this for the last 24 hours. He tried to telephone HSBC but didn't have the relevant passwords and got frustrated with the person who was trying to help but just confusing him.

I even had a message “ this is not allowed on Internet banking” Logging in is not allowed?? It is not the computer as it is the same on iPad and phone.App works for me though.HSBC have passed it to IT but has anyone else had this issue..

Please turn off any advert blockers ( such as AdBlock and Ublock Origin) when on the HSBC website - I tried this right now and have been successful at logging in!
(Seems odd we have to remove any security features to protect our browsing, to the be able to use the HSBC website!?)
