My husband and I both have mobile banking on our android mobiles. We are both unable to access the app. My telephone shows a faded HSBC logo. My husband's phone has a message stating that it is temporarily unavailable. Please try later but it has been like this for the last 24 hours. Internet banking will not let me log on.I can put in user name, put in secure log in key but then the words “log in” are faint and don’t work. I even had a message “ this is not allowed on Internet banking” Logging in is not allowed?? Hi everyone who got the "error try again later " for the last 4 or more days.
Please turn off any advert blockers ( such as AdBlock and Ublock Origin) when on the HSBC website - I tried this right now and have been successful at logging in!

(Seems odd we have to remove any security features to protect our browsing, to the be able to use the HSBC website!?)
