Attleborough, United Kingdom • 6 months agoCora, the chatbot, is the only route to getting a replacerment debit card for one lost in the post. Over the last 24+ hours Cora takes between 3 and 6 hours to give any meaningful response to this enquiry, and RBS says this is due to an unusually high volume of traffic. You then wait indefinitely for any further reponses. And you may get booted out of the internet banking page, but leaving Cora apparently still running ( but not responding any more) until you close the browser. At which point the convo is lost and you have to start again. Comedy gold.
