I just made the mistake of trying to upload the same one (then I’d delete the first one) and got an immediate response from Vinted that it was a duplicate.

Tried using different cards, added a new one, still no payments can be processed. Just get an automated message that payment failed, try again and if it keeps happening to contact them. But, when you, you just get sent around in ever decreasing circles. No-one takes notice, no-one acts upon the issues and no-one cares. Then got a different message saying I needed to do ID verification, Already did this 18 months ago (with great difficulty!!) so why now and, after I have paid for loads of items. Should have been necessary. It is not my bank either. How the hell can you get anything fixed? Appalling customer service, lousy unhelpful, staff who do not have the capacity to do more than press a few buttons. Sort it, do better Vinted, or shut the damn shop. NOT IMPRESSED AT SH*T SERVICE.

I am also only seeing the spotlight promotion for foreign sellers too when I scroll through listings!? Anyone else having this problem? Vinted are ripping us off by charging to advertise to irrelevant markets! D*gsh*t customer service as usual.

All postage options are enabled
I only enabled Royal mail & Evri
as live in a rural area,
Caused me to put holiday mode on as I don't have time to contact buyer /cancel the order
After contacting vinted it's a tech issue
Also anyone experiencing this issue may notice no potential buyers are favouriting their items again a tech issue
