Been to two Costas in past week and one yesterday ( Friday 25th Jan)
Unable to log on screen says "opps problem our end please try later"
Ist time had to pay full price as discount voucher not working, 2nd time and yesterday unable to log on so lost all discounts as time sensitive.
Staff unable to help and very uninterested. No flexibility say tough we don't run the app next customer please. Not happy !

Why do companies insist on doing updates and maintenance that doesn't work and clearly hasn't been checked before pushing out.
