Went down about 20 minutes ago without warning. I've reset all the kit twice to no avail. There's clearly a problem outside my property as I've seen a spike of reports on a couple of down detector sites. Last time this happened a few weeks ago and I eventually got through to support they told me there was a DHCP problem at their end. I suspect it's the same problem and my Internet went as my lease expired. Considering they don't have 24 hour phone contact I do wonder if anyone will pick this up before 8am UK time. If not this will persist for at least another 8 hours most probably.

Poor Wi-Fi connection since we switched from BT, then after 2 days no internet. Bloke came round and got everything up and running, we are paying extra for two extra routers to improve the Wi-Fi signal and today the second router decides it wants to connect to the first router and not the main one. Had to mess around with the poor app they tell you to download to try and fix it which it did, but I shouldn’t have to do this as I’ve never had to do the same with BT and never had any of these issues with them in over 18.
Need to up your game Community Fibre otherwise I’m off and looking for someone else
