London, United Kingdom • 11 months agoWhen I try to open the home page, it says "something's gone wrong, sorry." And cannot be opened. Refreshing or closing and re-opening does not fix the issue, and so the app is unusable. Guess I'm just not ordering from Just Eat then.

I'm having a huge issue with you guys at the moment. I ordered €115 euro vouchers online 2 days ago and never received any confirmation emails or my vouchers yet the money has been taken from my account. I have had 3 live chats with 3 members of staff. I was told the systems are down but they can see the payment I made and vouchers will be issued by today. Still nothing.

I am at a different location today and using different Wi-Fi and am also with one using their Just Eat App and they have no problems.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App a couple of times but still nothing.
Sad to say I’ve been forced to use Uber and Deliveroo but I need my Just Eat back.
