I can't pay my credit card so I had to contact the credit card company and they gave me their sort code & account number so I could transfer the money instead which worked. My card works to tranfer money, shop on Amazon, pay school dinners online, withdraw money and contactless in shops. The bills account is messed up! It's saying my bills will be short in December which is untrue becaise I have money to cover all of my bills. In Nov my council tax bill money was moved to my card account, bit yet it said it has been paid on the 21st. I'd like to know where the extra money on my card account has come from. It's the amount of my Council Tax bill yet it has already been paid. Is that phantom money which isn't really there? When is the app going to be fixed and why isn't TM putting out a statement to reassure their customers? I'm so baffled! At least let us know what's happening! This has to be illegal! We shouldn't be paying this monthly fee! Some people are in serious distress with no food and heating because they can't access their money

You can not get through to talk to anyone!!!!!
When you call they have a recorded message and they are busy
They have you waiting on hold for over an hour then just put the phone down.
I can get into my account and all my bills and wages go in there.
If they knew they were changing systems at least extend the contact hours and during the weekend. I will have to take time off to sort this now.
It feels like they have just stolen my money. Absolutely ridiculous and I am fuming as I still have no access to my money. I will be reporting this to the ombudsman

I would suggest that all those that are having serious issues with their think money account, log in, etc. make a 1 star review on Trust Pilot.

Bingley, United Kingdom • 9 months agoNov 21st 23-Argos has declined online payment for my Argos Card saying that your new debit card is the wrong number. After several unsuccessful attempts I have now paid by bank transfer using the new App. The fault for the number of attempts lies with Argos Card Services giving me 5 different Payee account names. I am now setting up a direct debit to ensure the minimum payment is at least covered each month. The bank transfer name etc. you have now confirmed and my immediate payment has gone through. My new card is working on the internet, Amazon etc. I have also been able to use it successfully at my local farm shop. So congrats for your new App so far. I am almost 80 years old, so I thought you might like a few encouraging words from an oldie. Wait time on the phone to you is dreadful at the moment but I'm sure you will improve that. Good design on new card, slim and number on the back. Best wishes!

They promised a new app and card would be working by 8am is 11.30 am and the app does not work. Also my wages which have just been paid in have vanished. I have no access to money. Try calling them and the auto call handler cuts your call off after telling you to wait 45 minutes. Then line goes dead.
