Ashford, United Kingdom • 4 months agoI have been having problems with my Facebook since Wednesday afternoon I can't share much, like nor comment on any posts especially on my own Facebook page and on Facebook groups I had a random pop up appear saying my account has been restricted for two days because your account activity didn't follow our community standards the restriction should have been lifted Friday 7.22 but when I went to like something Friday evening about a day ago now I still couldn't like or comment anything as the pop up appeared with your account is restricted for 24 hours your account activity didn't follow our community standards you can't do one or more things you usually do so Saturday which was yesterday now I try to like things again still the same pop up but it changes to 5 hours appears, later on in the evening 8pm I was able to comment on my posts although didn't share or put many comments but then an hour later the same pop up appears that my account is restricted for 24 hours ago. The weird thing is I have had no notifications to say I have had a restriction and I've also looked on my profile status and I have got no restrictions on my list of restrictions history, Wednesday the Facebook app kept logging me out and I had to keep putting login codes on whats app which enabled me to login as Facebook though it wasn't me logging in when it clearly was me as it said where I logged in from and the make of my phone I had emails and notifications to say somebody was trying to login and they blocked it well a majority of the time when I was trying to confirm it was me I kept getting logged out of Facebook app it kept saying session expired and I had to keep repeating the same thing putting codes from whats app in order to login to Facebook the other pop up I had when I tried to share something it said your account is restricted at the moment You're Temporally restricted from performing certain actions on Facebook. This is because there's been some unusual activity detected on your account. Your account will be limited until tomorrow at 07:22. I have got no idea what Facebook are talking about my account activity I have always followed their community standards so to get this pop up is really weird considering I have got no restrictions on my account at all because when I look at my profile status it says everything looks good thanks for following our community standards there is no history of restrictions so the weird thing is I am able to post a few things but not share very much , comment or like anything which also includes groups as well so I don't know what the hell is going on but I am getting fed up of it now it's been going on 4 days, also the restriction should have been lifted at 2am to like anything so the fact that it changed to 24 hours as at the moment when it passes 24 hours it keeps changing which I think is very odd this really needs looking into because there is something weird going on with my account.
