Yodel shop in Quinton, Postcode B32 1QG, could not accept my parcel today because said their system was not working. Next took it to Yodel shop in a CoOp at Quinton B32 2RE, where the Assistant had to enter the Barcode Number from my phone, manually - presumably their scanner was down. Postage Label printer out OK and was given a Receipt, but Yodel Tracking on Yodel website and Ebay still not updated with drop-off details over 6 hours later.
