I'm a tutor - had lessons at 5.30,6.30 and 7.30pm - Was able to do the first one at 5.30pm. Major server slow down meant the latter 2 lessons were unable to take place... and mytutor support isn't available at that time either (was also stuck in the phone queue for 20 minutes)... very frustrating.

Daughter had lessons scheduled for 6pm. Tried several times to log in using various devices but failed. Very disappointing as she was looking forward for the lessons.
