Even when signed in some features don't display correctly or work at all.
Was the site coded by a school leaver on work experience?

Southampton, United Kingdom • 7 months agoI normally get an email from OTM prompting to send meter readings to my portal - not since this name change. I cannot access the portal on my computer. I phoned Outfox Energy to give my meter readings. A very helpful operator took them and explained their system is down but should be up again tomorrow, but I could renew a portal login account today. That was not possible, the webpage went round in circles.

Tried to log in to tell them that I submitted my readings last week but the log in page is rigged so that it is impossible to log in and there is a padlock symbol on the page. Getting fed up with this, tried numerous times to log in without success. If this is representative of the 'new' Outfox energy I will be switching!
