8 February 2025 at 11.55 a.m. - Cannot log on. Saying my details are incorrect. Tried resetting password only to get message "internal server error". Phone call gets message "experiencing high level of calls ....etc" accompanied by irritating piano music. Gave up holding on. Might give up on Bestinvest completely!
