It seems to be a DNS problem. An nslookup against google DNS fails as it does against most public DNS servers OpenDNS etc. However Zen DNS is resolving aldermore.co.uk to an IP and when using this DNS as my router DNS I can login and view account info. Similarly with my EE mobile using its 4G/5G signal (WiFi turned off / disconnected) works also. YMMV :-)

Trying to get on their website to access my banking. Messages simply say "request blocked". Have not been able to access all week and from comments on internet looks as if there have been similar problems since June - UNACCEPTABLE. Every attempt to get on Aldermore website states "request blocked". Been happening all week. Looking on internet I am seeing many complaints going back to June and Aldermore seem to be ignoring all the problems. No point in having an online account I can't access so will have to consider moving money to a financial institution that WILL give me service - this is appalling.
