Have not been able to access all week and from comments on internet looks as if there have been similar problems since June - UNACCEPTABLE. I will be moving my money to a financial institution that is prepared to do something when there is an obvious problem

Looking on internet I am seeing many complaints going back to June and Aldermore seem to be ignoring all the problems. No point in having an online account I can't access so will have to consider moving money to a financial institution that WILL give me service - this is appalling.
