Have used Photobox for many years. Due to a change in their operating systems I no longer have access to my stores Albums. One of these albums contains the photos of children from a remote village in Tanzania who are sponsored by people from all over the world. Lack of access to this album is now resulting in the loss of sponsors which means that the children are unable to attend school. ! Their respective families also suffer as a result. This situation has been going on for a long time - with no end in sight.
Photonic are unwilling or unable to provide an answer to when this situation will be resolved.
What a disgrace. !!!

I've spent three weeks creating a commemorative photo album on Photobox to celebrate my son's 40th birthday and have meticulously saved the contents at all stages. This evening I have returned to input some further photos to the album and my creation will not open and the error message is stating that it is not saved and I should start a new album. I am mortified as it has taken hours of creativity to assemble and style the photos. Any suggestions?
