For at least 12 hrs not no updates on the utilita app balance I can't transfer credit because of it and now annoyed. I've moved the smart meter closer to the meters and WiFi, I've reset the smart meter and WiFi I've even deleted the app on my phone and reinstalled it. Still not showing any change. This is a disabled residence there is equipment that needs to stay on constantly. I need to know the balace and be able to top up or move credit and I can't!
