When logging in to personal banking I'm told (after 5mins of watching a circle turn and turn) that "There is a problem please try again. And again etc. Eventually I payed my visa bill by your phone system. I think.
I'm finding your 'new, improved' website more difficult to transfer money from my current acct. to pay my visa bill. I managed to log on to my personal banking but when it came to paying the visa bill, there were three options. On I recognised as my wife's visa acct. and two choices for me with no means of telling which was correct. Why were there two? The numbers associated with the two options meant nothing to me, not referring to my Visa acct.
As I was unsure, I chose to pay by phone. The difficulty of accessing my personal banking acct. is still present. I would like to know for future referrence what significance the numbers have, shown on the two Visa possible destinations for my money transfer to pay my Visa bill.

As normal the banks mobile app is down again. Ohh yes they have done some maintenance to improve the service. Ohh yes they have again broken the system ( same old same old) So another week of no service while they repair the repairs. The Co Operative Bank has got to improve or lose even more customers. All I want to do is check my bills are being paid. Thank heavens I opened another account with a bank that actually provides a reliable service. No wonder they aren't closing branches the exodus would leave them without any customers as their mobile/ Internet services are not able to offer any reliable service and cost me in late payment charges from other companies. Be careful customers patience is limited and others provide better service enough for ethical reasons havecto be reviewed as affordable or not.
