London, United Kingdom • 1 months agoPlaced an order for my wife on 3rd January - they didn't acknowledge my request for a password reminder so had to check out as a guest with an alternative email address
They quickly debited my credit card but have not received an emailed order ackknowledgement and no one picked up the phone when i tried to contact them today.
Either they are swamped under - or their systems are completely down or malfunctioning - Don't believe they should be permited to process credit card orders as they are just not functioning as a company should and i intend to cancel my credit card transaction and notify the credit company accordingly

Huddersfield, United Kingdom • 3 months agoMost horrendous shopping experience a 68 year old pensioner has ever had. Spent large amounts of money on a large order placed on 12th October and so far received nothing. Have contacted chums on at least 8 occasions and got nowhere. Customer service is useless and does nothing to resolve the problem. Have checked delivery tracking which states the order has arrived at the delivery depot but is now delayed that was reported over a week ago and since then there has been no further updates. Rang chum yet again today to speak to a specific customer service agent who I spoke to yesterday to be told she is not around ring back half an hour. Guess what I ring back half an hour later to hear an automated message saying all lines are closed until tomorrow.

Other stores sites work, even when all cookies were enabled and in an account on Chums when trying to buy goods ?
